In 1984, a group of partners formed Park Square Homes to fill the growing demand for quality housing in the Central Florida area. They saw the area's increasing demand for custom homes, move-up homes, second homes and vacation housing, as well as the demand for building lots in quality communities. Park Square Homes was founded in an effort to meet these needs of the Central Florida community.And in the years since that founding, Park Square Homes has consistently filled those housing needs of the community, while continuing to grow each year.
